Easy returns on returnable merchandise. Customized and semi-customized items are not returnable.
If you are not satisfied with your returnable purchase, you can return new and unused products in their original packaging to us for a full refund. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number and return instructions. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. We must receive the return within 30 days from the day the carrier reports delivering your order.
* Sales are final on customized and semi-customized items. These listings will state: non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days from the day you received your order.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
No exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. Please send us photo's of the defect, damage, or wrong item received to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if there are any defects due to workmanship within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange to pick up the defective item(s) and send you a replacement.
If the item was purchased with a gift card or gift certificate, you’ll receive a gift credit for the purchase value of your return (shipping charges are not refundable). Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping Address for Authorized Returns
Please send an email to email@example.com to request a return authorization for any returns. Please include your order number. If your order qualifies for a return: a return authorization number, return instructions, and a shipping address will be emailed to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any shipping charges you paid at the time you placed your order will be deducted from your refund.
All returns made by the customer must be insured and trackable. This is for your protection in the event the carrier damages your return order or loses your package(s).
